These "D" ring flat leashes complete the Pet Emergency Tag Kit for adoptions. The strong webbing has a tensile strength of 200 lbs and both the handles and hardware ends feature double stitching. This all adds up to a leash you can count on to help keep your adopted pets safe during their journey to their new home and long after.
